Standardized Tests
Standardized test scores continue to be a key variable in most college admission decisions. Understanding why and how colleges use scores from SAT, ACT, AP Tests, and others, will help you make better choices in your college search. Use this unit to help you create your testing plan – everything from which tests to consider, to tips for studying. Be strategic. It is best to focus your energy on one test, instead of trying to prepare for two tests. Not all colleges require the SAT or ACT, but all that do only require one, not both.
